Aunt Saleemie'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound unsalted butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. sour cream
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
sugar
cinnamon
chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Thoroughly grease a large angel food cake pan or extra-long oblong pan (may use 2 loaf pans).
