Triple Layer Cookie Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine/butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
7 oz. flaked coconut
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt the margarine in the oven.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the margarine.
Top evenly with coconut, then the sweetened condensed milk.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter.
Spread evenly over the coconut layer.
Cool 30 minutes.
Chill thoroughly and cut into bars.
