Ingredients

4 grated, raw potatoes
1/2 grated onion
dash of salt
pinch of pepper
3 tsp. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; form into balls and fry in hot grease, flattening as the latkes cook.
Brown on both sides. Serve with applesauce and sour cream.
