Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (1/4 lb.) mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
-
Slice mushrooms through cap and steam cook with onion in butter for 5 minutes.
Add flour and blend. Add stock.
Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Cook slightly and add cream and seasoning.
Heat through. Serve at once.
