Curry Chicken Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and ginger in a paper bag.
    Add chicken and shake to coat well.
    Melt butter or margarine in a large, shallow pan.
    Roll the chicken in the melted butter to coat well then arrange in a shallow casserole (don't pour on extra butter). Bake, uncovered, in hot oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until beginning to turn golden.
