Easy Peanut Butter Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 vanilla wafers
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    11 oz. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    12 mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line medium muffin pan with 12 muffin paper cups.
    Place one vanilla wafer (flat side down) in each muffin cup.
    Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy in medium bowl.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Fill muffin cups with mixture half full.
    Place one Reese's peanut butter cup in each muffin cup.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Allow to cool completely before serving.
