Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 lb. pecans
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon well.
Coat pecans well with the egg white mixture, then the sugar mixture.
Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
Store in well sealed container when cool.
