Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 or 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
cinnamon
1/4 stick margarine
pecans and raisins

Preparation

Mix apples, raisins and pecans in a bowl.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and egg.
Mixture will be crumbly.
Mix all ingredients.
Place in casserole dish or baking pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon over mixture.
Melt 1/4 stick margarine over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Can put ice cream or whipped cream on top when done.
