1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation

Place brisket on sheet of heavy-duty foil, fat side down. Sprinkle soup mix on top of brisket.
Close foil tightly, no leaks.
Set oven at 200\u00b0.
Roast for 7 hours.
