Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread, remove crust
    1/2 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. onion
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Arrange 5 slices of bread, layer of cheese and sausage.
    Arrange rest of bread and sausage.
    Blend eggs and other ingredients.
    Pour over casserole. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
