Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together sugar and oil; stir together dry ingredients. Add to oil mixture.
Blend in carrots, pineapple, nuts, eggs and vanilla.
