Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cheese, grated
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Saute onions and pepper in margarine.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except crackers, 4 tablespoons margarine and grated cheese.
    Place in a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish.
    Top with grated cheese and crackers mixed with melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
