Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

1 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar, divided
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. lemon zest
Preparation

In medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, one cup powdered sugar, vanilla and grated lemon zest until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in remaining powdered sugar.
