Red Wine Vinegar Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper
    10 chicken pieces, rinsed and patted dry
    1/4 c. oil
    4 large garlic cloves, chopped finely
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    8 fresh roma tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Lightly salt and generously pepper the chicken pieces.
    Heat the oil in a skillet large enough to hold all the meat.
    Over medium heat, saute the chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes per side.
    Remove the chicken and set it aside.
    Keep warm.
