Ingredients

1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
2 pt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Preparation

In covered blender container at low speed, blend cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth.
In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat ice cream with cheese mixture until blended.
Pour into 10 x 5-inch loaf pan; cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
