Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large cucumbers, sliced thin
    3 scallions, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lemon, sliced thin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Layer cucumbers
    and salt.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Drain and rinse. Add onions and lemon and toss.
    Combine vinegar and next four ingredients and shake in a tightly covered container.
    Pour over cucumbers and toss.
    Serve.
