Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. salmon, drained
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. buttermilk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Then put into a greased loaf pan. Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
