Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices rye bread
    3 eggs
    1 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
    8 oz. cooked ham, cut in cubes
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Spread one side of bread slices with butter.
    Stack and cut in 1-inch cubes.
    Place in greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Add ham, cheese and sauerkraut; toss to mix.
    With fork beat the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread mixture.
    Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0, until top is lightly browned and egg mixture is set.
    Makes 4 main dish servings.
