Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Mix yeast in 5 Tbsp. lukewarm water. Mix and keep in refrigerator until needed: Spoon out on greased pan with a tablespoon and let set 10-15 minutes to rise before baking. Bake at 450 degrees about 15 minutes.
