Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    2 c. raw peanuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook sugar and corn syrup together until sugar is dissolved. Add peanuts and cook until mixture turns a gold brown color.
    Add butter, salt and baking soda.
    Stir and pour onto buttered cookie sheet, spreading quickly to cover surfaces.
    Break into pieces when cool and eat, eat and eat.
    Delicious to the taste.
