Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large or 3 small bananas
1 can whole cranberry sauce
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise (optional)
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
8 oz. light dairy whipped topping (Cool Whip, etc.)
Preparation

Mash bananas and add all other ingredients.
Stir and place in loaf pan, mold or individual paper-lined muffin tins.
Freeze. To serve, take out of the freezer a few minutes and put on lettuce.
