Quick Chocolate Mousse With Raspberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    5 oz. bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat 1/3 cup of the cream just to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat. Pour the cream over the chocolate in a medium bowl and whisk until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Let cool and whisk in the vanilla and salt.
