Shrimp Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. water
    2 to 3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
    6 colossal shrimp or 12 jumbo
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Lightly beat eggs and water in one bowl.
    Combine bread crumbs, red pepper, black pepper, cheese and parsley in another bowl.
    Devein and butterfly shrimp.
    Dip shrimp in egg and then in bread crumbs.
    Repeat.
    Refrigerate 1/2 to 1 hour.
