Quick Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. sugar or light brown sugar
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    small pinch of salt
    1/3 c. oil
    4 apples, peeled, cored and cut in thick 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 c. cream or condensed milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter an 8-inch baking pan.
    Beat eggs well; add milk.
    Combine dry ingredients (not cinnamon) and beat into egg mixture; beat in oil.
    Dough is quite firm and thick. Spread dough in pan.
    Stand the apple slices on edge over entire surface of dough.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven; pour cream over surface and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Return to oven for another 25 minutes.
