Evelyn'S Top Ground Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    top ground potato
    sugar to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 to 3 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 to 2 eggs
Preparation
    Peel and quarter top ground potato.
    Cook in water approximately 1 hour.
    (Add water as needed.)
    Drain.
    Put in bowl and add all other ingredients.
    Stir until well blended.
    Put in greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top.
