Hot Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. chopped dried beef
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend cream cheese and milk in a bowl.
Add sour cream and pepper; mix well.
Stir in dried beef, onion and green pepper. Spoon into ungreased casserole.
Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Place in warming server.
Serve with vegetables or crackers.
