Mae Dee'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste, plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 onion, cut into small pieces
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except crackers, and place in a baking (greased) casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with crushed cracker crumbs.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
