Chicken And Ham Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. white wine
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper
    1 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. diced, cooked ham
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. diced pimento
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend in flour.
    Add milk and broth gradually stirring constantly.
    Bring to a boil.
    Keep stirring, cook until thickened.
    Lower heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, one at a time.
    Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
    Serve over rice, toast or patty shells.
    Serves 6.
