Chicken Breasts Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 chicken breasts, split in half to make 6
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, oil, water, garlic, oregano and brown sugar.
    Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish.
    Pour wine mixture over breasts. Cover. Bake at 375\u00b0 for
    1 hour and 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
