Skipper'S Dock Poppy Seed Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. honey
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. chopped shallots
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    pinch of tarragon
Preparation
    Mix sugar, mustard, paprika, salt and vinegar until sugar is dissolved.
    Add the honey, lemon juice and shallots.
    Gradually beat in oil and add tarragon and poppy seed.
    Chill.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
