Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients well and pour into individual custard cups or a baking pan.
    Place in a pan of hot water that comes almost to the top of the cups and bake in an oven preheated to 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until the custard is set.
    Serve hot or cold and garnish with fresh berries.
