Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs (beaten)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Cake:
    Mix
    all of ingredients together.
    Put
    on
    wax paper lined 10 x 15-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for
    15
    minutes. Turn out on dish towel covered with granulated sugar.
    Roll up in
    a
    roll in the towel.
    Cool 30
    minutes.
    Unroll;
    spread filling and roll up. Refrigerate overnight or 10 hours.
