Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine the ingredients.
Mix and put in 9 x 13-inch buttered dish.
Sprinkle topping on top and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
