Cheddar Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
4 eggs, separated
1 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. fine chopped onion
1/2 small green pepper, diced
Preparation

Prepare mashed potatoes.
Beat in egg yolks and mix well. Stir in cheese, onion and pepper.
Salt to taste.
Whip egg whites and fold into potato mixture.
Spoon into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
