Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. big marshmallows
1 1/3 c. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 large can pineapple chunks
1 c. chopped pecans
1 carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Cut up marshmallows, then pour buttermilk over marshmallows and let set overnight.
Make sauce of oleo, flour and pineapple juice.
Cool sauce and pour over marshmallows.
Add pineapple chunks cut in half and drained.
Add pecans and Cool Whip.
Fold all ingredients together.
Chill and serve.
