Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 tsp. salt
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    4 Ortega chilies, chopped
    2 cans beef broth
    6 c. tomato juice
    2 cucumbers, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    croutons
Preparation
    Put oil, lemon juice, onion, celery, Tabasco, salt, peppers and chilies in blender or food processor.
    Add beef broth and process.
    Put tomato juice in a gallon container.
    Add mixture from blender and stir.
    Put chopped cucumber and tomatoes on top. Refrigerate.
    Stir before ladling into bowls.
    Serve with croutons on top.
    Makes a delicious summer meal.
