Fabulous Cherry Coke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large box of Cherry Jell-O
1 12 oz. can Cherry Coke
1 13-15 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
1 15 oz. can dark sweet pitted cherries

Preparation

Drain fruit juices in pot.
Add Cherry Coke, bring to boil. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling liquid.
Mix well.
Set aside to cool. Cut cream cheese into small pieces.
Pour Jell-O mixture into a casserole dish or large mold.
Add nuts, fruit, and cream cheese pieces.
Place in refrigerator until set.
