Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope dry onion soup mix
4 medium potatoes, cut into lg. chunks
1/3 c. olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450.
In 13 x 9 baking pan combine all ingredients until all potatoes are evenly coated.
Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
