Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. poppy seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream butter.
Gradually add sugar; beat well with electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda, salt and poppy seed; add to creamed mixture.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Remove from pans immediately.
