Campfire Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 potato per person
1 small onion
3 mushrooms
margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Slice all vegetables into a piece of heavy-duty foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Dot with margarine.
Place foil packet in coals.
Cook slowly so that potatoes get cooked thoroughly.
