Black And White Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz.) can navy beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cucumber, chopped
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip (nonfat dressing)
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    1/2 c. sliced red onion (other onions optional)
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (dry parsley can be used)
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Refrigerate several hours. Makes about 4 cups.
    When using dry parsley, use only 1 tablespoon.
