Pizza Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomato paste
    1 pk. chopped ripe tomatoes
    15 small onions
    1 piece celery
    6 sweet peppers
    3 or 4 hot peppers
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    hamburger
    pepperoni
Preparation
    Boil all, except hamburger and pepperoni, for 3 1/2 hours, then put through a victorious strainer.
    Add hamburger and pepperoni to suit.
    Pressure cook for 40 minutes or cold pack for 3 hours.
