Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 saltine crackers
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Karo
Preparation
    Crush crackers and add pecans.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add vanilla.
    Slowly add sugar and Karo; beat until stiff like divinity.
    Pour crackers and nuts into egg white mixture and mix together.
    Pour this into greased pie plate.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool and top with Cool Whip.
