Hot Rolls For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. warm milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 heaping tsp. yeast
    4 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, soak milk, sugar and yeast for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add 4 cups flour, mixing well.
    Let rise until \"bubbly\". Add eggs, salt, shortening and sugar; mix well, adding 6 cups of flour a little at a time.
    Turn dough on floured surface.
    Knead well; let rise until double and work down.
    Make rolls; let rise and bake.
    This recipe is good for cinnamon rolls.
