Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add milk gradually.
Mix in all other ingredients until smooth with wire
whisk.
Use vegetable oil or shortening to fry in skillet.
After brown, take out. Drain excess oil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
