Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2/3 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt shortening and cocoa.
    In large bowl mix together eggs, sugar, vanilla and cocoa mix.
    Gradually add flour until well blended.
    Add nuts and bake in greased 8 x 12-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and cut into squares.
