Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. peanut butter morsels
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. softened butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. coconut
Preparation

Melt in double boiler peanut butter morsels.
Stir until smooth; set aside.
Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Combine butter and sugar.
Beat until creamy.
Blend in melted morsels.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Alternately blend in flour and milk.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch well-greased pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
