Enchilada Stack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (17.5 oz.) jar enchilada sauce
    6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can refried beans
    2 cans chopped green chilies, drained
Preparation
    Cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned.
    Pour off fat.
    Add 1/2 cup enchilada sauce.
    Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
    Place 1 tortilla on sheet, then top with 1/3 of meat mixture and 1/4 cup of cheese.
    Top with 1 tortilla, 1/2 of refried beans, 1/2 enchilada sauce, 1 can chilies and 1/4 cup cheese.
    Repeat all layers.
    Top with 1 tortilla, remaining meat mixture and 1/4 cup cheese.
    Top with remaining tortilla.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until hot.
    Uncover; top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
    Serves 8.
