Layered Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
    2 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding mix
    3 c. milk, divided
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix flour and margarine until like coarse corn meal.
    Spread in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Cook in oven for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
