Chicken Velveeta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 can diced Ro-Tel
Velveeta cheese
long spaghetti
1 qt. chicken broth
1 can English peas
Preparation

Boil chicken until good and tender.
Pull meat off of bone. Cup up or dice bell pepper and onion.
Put chicken pieces and diced bell pepper and onion, plus can of diced Ro-Tel together. Then cut cheese up in cubes; put everything together.
Stir plus 1 quart of chicken broth.
Boil some long noodles; when they get tender, put noodles only with other ingredients with a lid on it, then put it in the oven and cook until everything is tender.
